Might be worth trying that again with only the top tubes connected and then only with the bottom pair connected, one side may not blow the fuse, that will tell you what side is shorting

Had another thought, just maybe you may have a bent pin in one of the four plugs of inverter sockets to...

Worth checking for failed transistor/mosfet (Q205 Q206) or failed transformer, also check for bad solder joints, particulary on the transformer/s (inverter that is)

Suggest you check the CCFLs as one or more may be bad also check solder joints on inverter transformers
As the fuse keeps failing it may have caused a repeat failure in Q205 or Q206 as you...

When you say display lights up do you mean that you get a white screen, or a black screen with backlights on ???

I can see 2 fuses
F200 on first pic, at bottom in middle
F102 on fourth pic, top left with a M or W on it
suspect there may be a third possibly F101 (not sure about that)
