For testing you can use a pico fuse soldered on top of the fuse with roughly the same amperage.

Ok, now put meter in diode mode put a probe on each side of fuse, will beep or read near 000 if good, appears to be a blown fuse, this is diode mode so test with tv OFF and UNPLUGGED from power.

Probably need to take the shield off the tcon, there should be a fuse that looks like one of the little ceramic capacitors labeled starting with Fxxx, set your meter to 20 vdc, put negative probe on...

Check that you have voltage on each side of the tcon fuse, negative lead on chassis ground positive on each side of fuse.

Important that you glue the lens back on in just the orientation that it came off to avoid any possible halo effect when replaced, shouldn't be too hard tho you have the others as a guide.

Your call, just be sure you set the backlights setting to as low as you can tolerate after repair so the leds last longer, on lots of tvs the default setting is max so they burn out way too soon.

Post some good clear pictures of each board and one of the whole back to see how they are connected, check number 2 and 3 in my signature for testing procedure if needed.
