yes, i remember reading something about this from gigabyte. they say the main bios chip is flashable but the backup bios chip is read-only and cannot be written by the user, so that could be it.

for me, if it was during winter, i'd soak my feet in the bucket of water. that would keep me warm whilst the cold me would cool the hot water down. gotta make good use of every joule of energy there...

u can try overclocking it via software by using setfsb or rmclock. however, without increasing the voltage, the overclocking will be limited.

u know u shouldnt order caps from china. they could be fakes and not work properly at all. some may even cause further dmg to equipment. just size wise i think u got it right. they usually use 8mm...
