Samsung PS58C7000YF purple haze

Hi guys I have a Samsung PS58C7000YF that's developed a purple haze down the right side of screen visible against a white background. Samsung customer service is the worst I've ever experienced they just talk crap and fob you off. I have heard it's a voltage adjustment required hope it's as easy as that. Any ideas from anyone please. Cheers sgottabeford.
