is there any chance of some software these days not being able to read unicode utf-8 email encoding?

Not really into, but most email client should support Unicode since early 2000's: MS Outlook and Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird and Qualcomm Eudora do support UFT-8, maybe minor program don't though the Internet Mail Consortium suggests it since 1998.

by CapLeakerGot something new. Recently I got trouble with receiving emails and syncing OneNote. Nothing else. I still can stream 24x7, VOIP, have full speed internet, but in the world cannot receive any emails nor sync OneNote. Take the computer somewhere else to a different internet location and no problems at all.
Points to the router, right? NOPE!
Hooked up my computer directly to the modem (which is in bridge mode) and have the same problems!
Put all the network shit back together, start my VPN provider app, choose the closed VPN server to me and all the problems are gone!

I own a Minisforum MC560 that worked just fine. Some days ago something in the device gone nuclear and produced magic smoke. Here is a picture of the situation:
Ignore the time stamp on the picture, i reseted my microscope a few days ago. Q32 is shorted and got so burned that it got really crusty. This is how it looks after a little cleanup. Because at first I thought that our internet connection was lost yesterday but after doing some troubleshooting I realized that it was the free VPN that I was using it first started with having to do a hard restart of the iPad to receive my emails then sometimes not wanting to load certain websites pages probably then yesterday no internet connection access at all really are you kidding me...-
