HP Proliant System Management Homepage not working
I've acquired a few of the ML350 G6 units to upgrade a client, and can not get the SM Homepage to display any system info. OS is Server 2008 R2 on one and 2012 R2 on the other.
SNMP is running, .NET installed
Insight Diagnostics run okay.
Other choices in menu bar load and seem to be correct (Settings, Logs, Webapps, Support).
Home Page shows:
System Model: unknown
Mgt. Processor: none
Data Source is blank
Overall System Health Status has Green check mark
Component Status Summary shows No Items
Storage shows HP Smart Storage Administrator link which does open the HP SSA page.
They have one server that seems to be setup correctly, but it was all pre-installed by HP when delivered 4 years ago.
I figured that simply running the HP install disc(s) would get it working.
Apparently not... :p
I have run a 2013 SPP and one from late 2014.
Anyone familiar with HP's SMH software? Looking for a guiding hand here.
