    Ad Muncher Now Free!

    I use Smoothwall & client-side apps to prevent malware, advertising, and such.

    I must say, Ad Muncher is a great Windows program for installing on friends/family/clients computers for a configuration-free experience.

      I found an interesting summary on a wiki that Youtube "right to repair" enthusiast Louis Rossman put up. He suggested I could use a hardware firewall and pfSense as a firewall, and use pfSenseNG as an ad blocker. Or use OPNSense as a similar alternative. Seems like it would be easy to set up, but it only runs on the hardware supported by BSD. (I'm sure the developers and maintainers of BSD are super-busy and cannot support every single piece of hardware out there, so I can't fault them.)

      The trick, apparently, is to "assign IP address lists from sites like I-blocklist...

      Hello everyone, I have a problem that has me scratching my head. I have a Samsung DM48E monitor that was used as a display for advertising. The screen seems to be zoomed in too far to se any Icons on the screen. I have hooked a mouse to it through usb, and the pointer seems overly large, and just moving it around on the screen I cannot access any other functions. I hooked up a keyboard (usb) and was able to cycle through sources on the home screen just by using Function key F6 and access home F5.       I was in need of buying a high power 48v psu for a brushless motor driven pottery wheel project.
      I needed around 20a, and everything I found was more expensive than I first thought.

      I came across this unopened second hand Elteck Flat Pack S 48v 1800w for 80€. Had no clue about the brand, but was advertising 1800w 48v psu and looked pretty solid, so bought it. Was almost same price as a 20a lowest brand regular psu. (Afterwards looked for pricing, and they are pretty expensive).
