Addblock not blocking on some sites!help

Hi guys: i have Addblock but latley i've been confronted with this site firstrawsports where i watch alot of sports, with a page telling me to desable adblock i hate those adds, since clickling on the x (exit) and some times start to download stuff, use not to be like that before in Firefox or Chrome, since the adblockplus or other use to block the adds and still let us stream safely.
Today i came across these set of instructions but i need some guidance on how to put them to use, thanks.

Hi guys; a just solved the issue really easy,i did Google search about the issue and found out a very easy solution for ABPlus addablock with Google Chrome, while the solution for Firefox was just to confusing and too much work and could never get it running , so i like easy solutions, i Installed Google Chrome in all my Machines and voila by,by, ad-dons.

A simple cheap SMD airflow tool is a handheld gas soldering iron without the iron :. is a selective hot airflow which can be regulated by turning up/down gas, also no onerous air lead. I have replaced many components without damaging them or the solder pads all within seconds... can also be used as a soldering iron & on heat shrink

Now that I have your attention:

In the last few days, it looks like Firefox has changed their software terms so they are now evil and WILL sell your data.

I already use Palemoon for Win7 sometimes. Looks like I'll be switching to librewolf as well, as Youtuber Louis Rossman suggests. Palemoon still supports Win7, but sometimes pages don't work properly. The Google Chrome browser might also still work for Win7.

I will have no choice but to upgrade my Firefox, so that I can copy dozens of tabs into a document or spreadsheet, or go through the history to...

Vizio M65Q7-H1 Red Vertical Strips fixed by tape blocking LC1 signal to half of the panel
                by howardc64
                Failure Symptom

No picture, just red vertical stripes. Google search shows quite common problem for these recent Vizio M series although red vertical stripe pattern may differ. Some call it "Netflix" boot screen haha.

                Where is the short?

Panel has 4x buffer boards. Quickly found the 1/4 panel buffer board with the problem by selectively disconnecting buffer board flex cables.

Having recently fixed another Vizio with similar symptoms that was a shorted ESD diode array ( link ) Probed the ESD diode array but...

                ISP blocking emails now?
                by CapLeaker
Got something new. Recently I got trouble with receiving emails and syncing OneNote. Nothing else. I still can stream 24x7, VOIP, have full speed internet, but in the world cannot receive any emails nor sync OneNote. Take the computer somewhere else to a different internet location and no problems at all. Points to the router, right? NOPE! Hooked up my computer directly to the modem (which is in bridge mode) and have the same problems! Put all the network shit back together, start my VPN provider app, choose the closed VPN server to me and all the problems are gone! Is...

                by ivtec
Hi mates ; I have been encountering lately issues browsing many pages that tells me not safe pages and win 10 Google Chrome or Edge blocks me and only allows me to browse some pages like Utube face book and others and i found out after some days not knowing how to fix it, the only way to overcome this issue is to reboot router and PC. This is annoying and did not happen before. Is there any thing i can do to overcome this issue. Thanks.

DC blocking caps + ? in sata data lines?
                by slap_happy
I have a vintage (2010) Zinwell ZIN-5005HD media player to which I'd like to add sata port(s). The player is based on the Realtek RTD1073DD which supports up to two sata ports, and the Zinwell board is configured and silkscreened for these two ports, but they are not installed. See attachment photo.

I've installed sata ports in other Realtek-based media players before, but in those cases all that was required was 4 dc blocking caps and the sata jack. The Zinwell board has locations for the 4 dc blocking caps (C204, C206, C208 & C210), but it also has silkscreening for either...
