Can somene help me narrow down my diagnostic time? This desktop has no post. MB is removed from casing and same issue. Try reflow on gpu chip but still no post.

gpu would not have caused no post.
first check the cmos battery must be at least 3v if ok
try removeing one stick of memory and then the other if you have two.
the next thing to do is post some information and pictures of what you are working on and let us know what you have tried. -
