Looking for freeware network browser for Windows Mobile

I am still looking for a freeware network browser for Windows Mobile 5, which would be a bit like "My Network Places (previously Network Neighbourhood).

Any links to such a tool would be appreciated.

My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
