looking for motherboard..

ok what is a good motherboard close to these..

1. ddr ram 2 slots

2.pci express (16 slot one or two if possible) need one for sure

3. pci normal ones

4. pentium suports above 2.4 if possible

reason i need is cause i jus got geforce 6800GT for 75$ (used) and want to put on my comp but mine only has normal pci slots and cant support it so i need mother board better one any suggestions and under 200$ if possible!

Looking to reuse a cpu? what type/socket?

DDR Ram 2 slots? Do you mean 2 slots for regular ddr ram, or ddr2 ram slots?

yeah if possible im trying to reuse the prossecor and i need normal ram slots the old ones and pci-e x 16 slots(at least one) and pci the normal ones and i have no idea what socket is n too lazy to check but i know it pentium 4 2.4ghz
