    Windows 7 Problem

    Greetings! Im having a problem with my netbook which is ASUS EEE PC 1005p. The problem is when turn it on and when it came to the login screen it doesnt load the accounts. The cursor shows the circle thing and after 5sec it refreshes. What do i do?

    Try safe mode:

    Other reasons include a hard drive failure or a malware or virus.

    If your system has a Diagnostics Mode you can enter, try doing that. Usually right at boot time when the BIOS screen prompts come up. F2 or Del usually enter BIOS setup, there is another key (sometimes F10) to enter diagnostics or setup options. Sometimes the diagnostics are in the BIOS screen. Depends on the system.

    If you have a system CD/DVD, the diagnostics may be accessible from that. Load the disc then reboot. Many will say "Press any key to boot from CD". Do so and see where that takes you.

      I tried the safe mode. but still no luck. Can i use the windows 7 cd for the diagnostics?

        If it's an Asus Win7 CD, it might have the diagnostics on it.

          How long have you had this laptop and when did it start doing this? Windows 7 will do this when it has reached its 30 days without activation.
