I am running Aurora (updated daily) on a 3.0 mhz. P4 HT with 4megs of ram. Every time I switch pages in Aurora I get this little green swirling thing on the tab. For instance going from one page to another on Ebay. I have to wait sometimes for a minute or two or reload the tab to get the page completely up. My wife has a new Dell I5 laptop that we are also running Aurora on and it is doing the same thing. I did the about:config change that TopCat talked about in the post on firefox in this section. Does not seem to be helping. Does anyone have any ideas about what could be causing this? Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Need Some Help w/ Slo Computer
sounds like its ether a problem with the browser itself, or your internet connectionCap Datasheet Depot: http://www.paullinebarger.net/DS/

Re: Need Some Help w/ Slo Computer
You may be onto something U-235 I had never seen anywhere that Aurora was 3D. My video card is a Galaxy Geforce 8400GS with DDR2 256mb 64bit memory. I have not checked for drivers lately, but will now. Thank all of y'all for the info and Shovenose you are correct I am getting older and the brain does not keep things in order very well anymore. Of course that applies to most everything in the bod when you get older. I will switch to the newest release of Firefox; again thanks.Have you ever stopped to think and then forget to start thinking again?

Re: Need Some Help w/ Slo Computer
Sorry being late in the reply. I had not looked at this post in several days. Yes hers is on the same wifi as my desktop. She took hers into the IT guys at work and they cleaned out a lot of crap software put on there by Dell (hers is new). That has made hers seem better. Of course my desktop is several years old and I don't have all of that crap on mine. I do a pretty good job of cleaning my registry and running virus checker (AVG) and running Malware Bytes every week. Occasionally find ad-ware or other such stuff but those programs catch most of it. I have taken Aurora out and installed Firefox 7.0.1 or whatever the newest version is and that has not helped. So I am just running in neutral now hoping something will pop up that helps.Have you ever stopped to think and then forget to start thinking again?
