    Windows SBS Premier 2008

Anyone know how many/what discs should be included with this box set? Google hasn't helped.

    Product Description:
Win SBS Prem ROK 2008 EN DVD 1-4CPU 5 Clients
    Brand: Fujitsu

I have the box with the COA sticker on the back, 4x individual Product Key
    stickers on the inside.
    Discs:
    - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition x86
    - Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition x64
    - ??? maybe Disc 1 missing???
    - Disc 2 - Component Technologies for Server Repair
    - Disc 3 - Win Server 2008 Standard Technologies x86
    - Disc 4 - Win Server 2008 Standard Technologies x64
    - Fujitsu O/S System Recovery DVD
    - Fujitsu Primergy ServerView Suite

I'm assuming Disc 1 is missing. I'm also assuming that it could be installed on any other brand of computer besides Fujitsu. Can anyone tell me if the discs that are included make this a viable installation package?

Looks like they removed disc one and replaced with their own *Fujitsu O/S System Recovery DVD.

I was gonna tell you to download DISC 1 from MSDN, but I just logged in and found out they won't give it to you unless you're paying a subscription.

You could try the Evaluation DVD from Microsoft it may allow you to activate your key.

If you really need that disc, call some computer shops/consultants, they should have some OEM discs to get rid of.

    If you're desperate... torrent it.

According to MSDN it's just call the Instillation DVD.

Knowing how OEM PC manufacturers tend to take the original Release to Manufacturing *RTM dvd and brand it with their own crap and sometimes only allowing their own keys and nothing else, for an example DELL.

The keys on the other hand are not specific to manufacturers and can be activate on the original RTM DVD or newer releases for an example, Windows SBS 2008 Service Pack 2 Disc it would work, but not the other way around. If you have a key that says Windows SBS 2008 SP2 you can't use it on dvd released before SP2 otherwise it will say invalid key.

Yeah I found out on a Win Server forum about the missing disc being the actual Installation DVD. I've tried getting it from 'another source' but there is nobody 'helping' at the moment... but I will keep trying. I don't want this set myself, once I get the Installation DVD I will put the set up for sale.

PS5 Disc Not Supported/ Disc Not Recognized Board Num: EDM-020
            by Junior††

            Good Afternoon fellas,

            Issue:
Disc is showing as not supported when a disc is put in.

Here's what I've done, you can skip this if you just wanna know the question:
            - replaced with a disc drive from a donor ps5 (honestly questionable if this is known to work)
            - reflowed the disc drive connector
-reflowed the chip in question (shown on image)
            - I will say this console was very dusty so it's conceivable that it got so hot that it made the chip joints cold and potentially other things on the board

            Question:
            I...

Troubleshooting of redundant F750E-S0 Dell PowerEdge Server
            by omega
            Hello all,
as a beginner electronics hobbyist, after a few years I would like to place another post on this Forum section, given that I did not succeed in finding any useful advice among the other posts.

Over the last years, I have been using a PowerEdge Dell Server with two redundant PSUs, namely the 750W F750E-S0 ones (aka 06W2PW). Unfortunately, last summer one of them failed (perhaps owing to an overheating), and the server had for working to take into account the other one only. Of course I opened and tried to troubleshoot the failed PSU, but each cap I tested seemed to...
