Name of cap ? and what is the best cap pack to buy for laptops ?

Hello, I have 2 bad caps to replace on the laptop motherboard (Acer Nitro 5). I have schématic and one of two caps is named : 1000P_0402_50V7K
    I guess ?
    1000P : 1000 Pico Farad
    0402 : size of box
    50V : 50V

    But what's means 7k please ?
And I need your experience, what is the best caps pack to buy for repair laptops only (no phones) ? I will probably repair others and I guess (or dream) maybe caps for laptops have pretty same sizes or values ? I saw packs with 50x same values with same sizes, and another with various sizes… ?
    Thanks

Ok, in fact, there is 2 questions :

1 - In this shematic, the cap to replace is named : 1000P_0402_50V7K

      https://www.badcaps.net/forum/attach...7&d=1565259528

Which capacitor is (in the trade) please ?

      2 - More general question

I will often buy SMD new cap, all for laptops. And I dont know how to buy ? I dont want to buy one by one. And I dont want to buy a set or 100 same caps for use only one in one year.
So if you repair frequently laptops (all brands except Apple), how do you buy your new caps please ?
I have noticed in the schematic, few sizes of box are used in this laptop : 0402, 0603 and 0201. And probably with few different values (12-20 ?) So, maybe it's the same for Acer laptops, and maybe there is a pack to buy of the most probably used caps for laptps ?

Ryobi 36V (aka 40V) 6Ah Faulty Battery Pack
            by brispuss
Purchased a Ryobi 36V 6Ah battery pack maybe just over a year ago.

Battery pack had been used on about 3 or 4 occasions for powering a cordless lawnmower. I was wanting to use this battery pack again recently, but on checking the battery charge state via the battery pack test button, there was no LED indication at all of charge state which suggested the pack was fully discharged.

I found this to be odd as I usually fully recharge battery packs shortly after use. So either the pack developed some sort of fault which completely discharged the pack cells (after recharging),...

Recapping Sony ICF-SW55 - verifying cap values
            by proxneo
            Dear reader

I am performing a repair on a Sony ICF-SW55, which includes recapping (some) of the SMD capacitors on the mainboard. I am looking for verification of their values. At the moment, I'm 95% sure I've got the right values, but it is hard to find some official, credible or multiple independant sources on this.

At the moment, I have selected replacements based on the following list of values:

            3 x 470uF 10VDC
            3 x 4.7uF 35VDC
            4 x 47uF 50VDC
            8 x 22uF 6.3 VDC
            1 x 220uF 6.3VDC
            5 x 100uF 6.3VDC

            Which...

I have gotten so tired of battery cells leaking and it happen to this device and it is not very old I had bought these battery packs from The Electronic Goldmine for $1.00 a pack when they had a sale and I am putting 3 packs to good use so I do have to deal with leaking battery cells I am over it

I bought the label maker at Sam Club a while back for $29.99 it come with 4 cartridges and they had them on sale again for $29.99 again so I bought another one because I was not sure if I was going to able to get it to work on the battery cells that I had planned on using for this particular...

I modified a battery pack module controller to work on much bigger battery pack

But things did not go very well at first because the temperature sensor wire are very thin and very hard to clean the soldering joint hole I had use another board and attempt to repair this board later if needed for another project

Because the temperature sensor wires are very short and had to be made longer
which the second attempt when a lot better

This is for my Ksger t12 soldering iron station

Different (lower) resistor values on PCB?
            by Kobok
            Dear Alls,
For sure it id a stupid question, but help me to understand. I am in a Dell 2007WFP revitalizing project - searching reason why not starting. Some resistors needed to replaced is is obvious. When I have soldered some resistors the measured (with multimeter) values were sometimes rather different written on them. I supposed these are wrong units so I desoldered and made a checking measurement and voilá the values is the same is written on. This happens only in case of a few resistors, most have the same values (+/- 10%) are written on it. "strange" SMD resistors =>103...
