Usual chinese junk... I'd skip it for anything serious or long term. For small projects the miniscule cost savings isn't worth the horrible quality, IMHO.
If you just want standard capacitors, there are better, known brands, like Cornell-Dubilier, KEMET, Vishay etc. You can get them through decent distributors like Digi-Key.
But if you're talking about high temperature/high power environments like SMPS, motherboard etc, then it's advisable to stay with the Japanese brands.

I have a HP elite 8200/8300 computer that has a separate table top switching power supply ( that I planning on converting into a battery powered computer instead and I would refer a monitor that has an external switching power supply to power it )
I plan on making a battery powered battery testing machine on a computer rack system
My wife is asking me about getting one because our electric bill was that it has ever been even more than last year at this time nothing has really changed since last year last month unless the electric company has done some fuel adjustment charges I have not done any investigation into yet but I might have to but there was a time back a few years ago that I use to set the temperature warm during the day when we were not home but when we got wooden floors in our house and you have to keep the humidity down to keep it from warping I just set to a temperature to 75*F to keep the humidity down but...
