Bad Caps causing power outage in LCD?

I have an LCD whose power will not turn on. There is a cricket sound coming from the transformer on the power supply.

Is the cricket sound caused by bad caps?

I attached two images of the caps on the board, they are made by CapXon

I apologize for the blurry pictures, I can take better pictures if needed.

    Info on the caps

    First Image:

    _ 1
    2 3
    _ 4
    5 6

    1&4 = 220uF 25v
    2&3 = 470uF 35V
    5&6 = 1000uF 16V

    Second Image:

    100uF 400v

Should I just replace them and see what happens?

Could someone recommend caps to use? I am a noob at knowing what cap manufactures are good/bad

I would use Panasonic FCs they can be ordered from Digikey.

In any case you MUST use low ESR caps on this supply.

I use the FC series on computer PSUs and LCD inverters because they can take the heat that these supplies naturally generate.

Caps made by Nippon Chemi-con, Nichicon, Rubycon, Samxon, or Panasonic as mentioned above will be fine.

Crapxon caps are a hit or miss in some environments they perform well while in others they go belly up.

The noise is a good sign it probably means that the switching FET and the PWM circuitry is operating.

I've heard all types of wierd transformer noises from bad caps.

Elements of the past and the future combining to make something not quite as good as either.

My viewsonic is croaking like a frog?
Oh, wait, I had the sound turned on.
