    can you switch out a 2700uF 16v With a 4700uF 16v electrolytic capasitor on a tv power board?

    sorry if its a stupid question.

    Is this a 17pw26 psu and no its too much of an increase ?

      yes it is 17pw26 , takes forever to power on but found 5 caps that are blown, 2 470uF 35v, 2 1000uF 16v and the 2700uF 16v , thats the only cap i need and i dont have it

        Replace all the output caps with high quality ones also use the proper 2700uf cap as its for the stby you dont want that going out of whack.

          Here are some that I did, replaced every cap apart from primary as they rarely fail used high quality brands as well, these are good supplies when they have good caps on them good luck keep us updated.
