            Re: Help identifying these caps?

Those silver caps are Nichicon HD series; the other two have Nichicon-style vents and a fragment of "Nichicon" is recognizable on at least one. If those are the "HM" series caps you referred to, they are indeed Nichicon, as "HM" is not a Rubycon series. Both are aqueous electrolyte series; there was a known bad run of HM series parts some time in early 2004, IIRC.

Per Hansson, all the red ones on yours are Fujitsu and the Blue ones look like Chemicon. I would not worry about either.

You are correct. The two center caps are Nichicon HM not Rubycon.

The heatsink network on that board is designed to work with an air-cooled processor, so that the airflow from the CPU cools the rest of the heatsinks. If you're using water cooling, my recommendation would be to invest in some good case fans! Perhaps a side-panel fan, blowing in?

                      Re: Help identifying these caps?

I guess these caps should be Capsun or Samwha more, not OST. Although Asus like to use OST e-caps in the past.

OST polymers should be like this, i take the photos from some ECS motherbaords.

Updated the correct information, now is 100% surely these are "ELITE" brand polymers, called CS CON. Here is the UP Series datasheet, made by Chinsan Electronic Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Maybe the caps on the first post are "APAQ" / "APAK" Capacitors.
                          Look at this page: http://www.apaq.com.tw/products/ap_conarea01_en.htm

                            damn, you're right.
                            never heard about them before.

VERY useful info, many thanks to everyone.
