Hello everyone!
I come with a topic that is the lack of performance of the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Ti graphics card in the HP OMEN 16-B0020NW laptop with an SRKT1 (Intel Core i5-11400H) processor and a DAG3KMB1AB0 REV.B motherboard.
The card shows barely 20 FPS in FurMark under load (with the original battery and original power supply connected). It displays correctly in Device Manager, without any errors. So far, I have reinstalled Windows 11 and updated all drivers and BIOS.
In general, the motherboard was flooded, I managed to bring it back to life and only the graphics card was left. Of course, I did not find any schematics or boardview for this motherboard.
On the motherboard, I replaced the VRAM power supply converter and the GPU power supply converter. Unfortunately, the laptop has already been to the service center and they cleaned the board and it seems to me that there may still be some resistors, capacitors or other elements missing, because they could have been torn off during the cleaning of the board.
And now my question, has anyone ever encountered such a fault in this laptop and possibly, does anyone have any boardview or schematics for this board or could suggest what else can be checked or replaced?
Thank you very much in advance for your answers and best regards.
Norbert
