Badcaps.net ships all packages through the US Postal Service.  For unusually large or heavy packages, I will use Fedex.  All items are shipped with tracking and confirmation information.  Badcaps.net is not responsible for any item lost or damaged in transit, whether it was being sent from Badcaps.net or to Badcaps.net.  Badcaps.net will offer no recourse, refund, or reimbursement for anything damaged in transit.  Flat rate First-Class shipping to a US address is $5.00, regardless of how large the order is.  Priority and Overnight shipping are also available for additional fees.

I ship 2~3 times a week, which is usually on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.  If orders are light during a particular week, I may only ship twice.  If you select overnight shipping, yes, I will make a special trip to the Post Office just to make sure your package get to you overnight, even if it's the only outgoing package I have that day.  :)  Also note, if you need something shipped to an address other than your confirmed paypal address or the address on your credit card, you must add the additional address to your credit/debit card or paypal account.  I will not ship to an alternate address unless it matches an address within Paypal.

International Customers, I will NOT falsify customs documents to help you avoid taxes, duties, and/or tariffs!!  It is ILLEGAL, so please don't ask me to break the law!!  Also note that on international shipments through the US Postal Service, the orders can not be tracked once they leave the USA.  The order can be followed via the number on the customs documents, but their tracking on these shipments is hit or miss most of the time.  The USPS is not quick to update this information.  On some international first-class shipments, it can sometimes take 2~3 weeks, depending on where you're located.  Most times, it takes a lot less than 2~3 weeks, but if it does happen to take that long, don't be surprised.

Returns:

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any item being returned to Badcaps.net.
