Toshiba 51H84C hyper module MM1630XQ (IC QV02 request)

I have no idea where to locate a one part supplier to get this hard to find IC?

The MM1630XQ video signal switch IC is pooched and yanking 9V down.

The globalsemi.com doesn't carry this IC and can sell whole hyper module for 300 bucks but I'm not trilled on redoing the settings (I've a aversion to toshiba after few runs in with them) unless can swap the EEPROMs. Don't have enough documentation on this.

This is why I'm appealing here to see if someone have a good MM1630XQ IC to send me this for small change.
