i have opened this moniter and checked all power supplies including fuses,caps and cant seem what the promblem is. I suspect that is the logic board.Dose anyone give me advice

When I see a display displaying only one color, chances are it's the video cable or the computer's video card. Try a different cable to see if it changes things.

esp if the menus are in color.
a long shot but could it have a mono setting in the setup?
mashed pins in the db15?
