Just pissing around going over a bunch of videos and thought about my favorite TV character.
#1 Major Sidney Freedman from M*A*S*H played by Alan Arbus #2 Colonel Robert Hogan from Hogan's Heroes played by Robert Crane #3 Commander John Crichton from Farscape played by Ben Browder

It's hard to say who's your favourite tv character when there is such a vast library of anime I have not yet looked at.
 As for reality.... The doctor from Doctor Who season 4 (or five) by Tom Baker.
