I would replace all caps on the secondary, and if availiable i woul replace the primary too. Dependent from your location i would highly recomend Pansonic FM caps, in many countries availiable from RS-online. Panasonic FC or Nichicon are well suited too. There is no rpoblem, if you mix difrent brands, but you should use some 105°c low esr caps. if you only replacing the bulged ones, you will have same prolbmes very early again.

Look at the picture and you will se what i mean. The white line is the point, where the transformer galvanically isolate the secondary (output side, left half of the picture) from the mains potential. If your appliance don`t need any high voltages, this side is safe to operate. The right side is the primary (input) side, where the mains voltage is rectified by the 4 diodes and feed to the high voltage cap.Usually it is good to change all caps on those kind of psu`s, as they are probably very low quality. I have had several switches with similar build psu`s and recapend them after one was getting unstable. You can slightly increase the capacity of your new caps, but i would not overdo it. But even if you stick with the original values, some decent caps like Panasonic FM or similar will be a huge improvement of this smps.

Yes, i think it is ok to stay with th originall vallues, but the 470uF 16v i think should not hurt to increase to 820uF or 1000uF, if the size is not a concern.

As said above, use some good branded ones. Depending from your location, Panasonic FM or FC should be availiable either from Topcat or on of the other distributors mentioned in the Recaaping faq here.
