The only discrepancies I find are that when the craze started, there was actually "tin" in the foil. I wonder what effect that would have on their findings...

Fortunately my Melon Helmet is foil and lead lined...

it needs to have a better ground, or better yet have a device hooked to it that transmits random rf frequencies at different hz patterns, causing actual interference in the government mind controlling frequencies
