toshiba satellite a215 resource conflict

i have toshiba satellite A215 and it won't boot on the windows .it always have an error message like this
BIOS version 1.70
Bus 14, Device:06, Function: 00
ERROR
Resource Conflict - PCI Serial Bus Controller on Motherboard
Bus 14, Device:06, Function:01
ERROR
up to Function:04
is there anyone having experience like this and already fix it...i need some help about it...thanks in advance.

check in bios for time and date to make sure bios battery is ok, if the battery fails bios will be at default failsafe base settings and may not detect all addons. the bios will also show if you have a hardware issue, unlockdev is also correct but i would go further and start to remove all addon components one at a time until the error clears that also includes the ram - if you have 2 sticks then remove one then the other.

Tried to update BIOS, but no change.

Reballing the southbridghe took care of the problem.

The solution is to reball the southbridge. Try to reflow the southbridge. If it didnt work, replace or reball.

I got the same issue as yours last week. That's what i did to fix it.
