RCA STB7766G1 Digital Converter Box
Iv'e been having this problem with my rca stb7766g1 digital converter box where a black bar shows up in the middle of the screen, changing channels and turning the box on and off doesn't make it go away....looked all over the net and can't find a similar situation. Maybe I didn't use the correct keywords.
I know this section is usually for TV's but it does say "Troubleshooting TVs and VIDEO SOURCES". Any ideas? |

If it's a closed captioning box then the tv nor the converter box are not set up for it...i checked the settings.
