My protien folding seems to have lost it's peptide.
Either zone alarm has stifled it or I'm hibernating instead of working?

I don't know about Zone Alarm. I have my PCs set to not ask me before connecting. I think I also had to tell Norton to allow F@H to always have access. So hopefully there won't be a bug allowing hackers into my system. Not like they would find anything.

I don't use mine as screen savers. I just have them running all the time. It does cause problems with some programs and games, but nothing too annoying.

typical norton. easier to install black ice than to deal with support calls concerning whether users should click to allow access to whatever.

Interesting, I've never had a problem with it running in the background. I do turn it off for gaming but I forget alot of times and really do not notice.

I'm a nut about cleaning the plaque build up in the Registry and files, so I'm scanning for adware and dumping the temps a lot.
I may have affected F@H somehow.
On all computers I use Easycleaner and Adaware as well as AVG and ZA.

Well...I'm off to OKC for more schools. Gonna be out for 5 weeks or so. But alas folding friends, I'm going to leave three beasts running at home and taking the two newest machines with me. Hopefully there won't be any power outages while I'm gone.

Maybe by the time I return, we'll get below 2000.

I'll get back online Monday, providing the internet access is still good where I'm staying.

yep....another class on the 9672RA4 and then some new equipment. Ya know....I distinctly remember....18 years ago, upon graduating from high school.....saying "no more school!!!!!!"

oops. I've been to more schools.......ugh.

Oh well. Electronics is fun.

I know how you feel will.....I haven't seen my latest bill. It gets paid automatically. Hmmm...that might explain why I'm missing $1000.
