should do fine.
dont pay much though as slow ones like this are 10.00 at the flea here. perfect for looking for trash on vcore,ect. |

10MHz BW?
 P/S PARD (ripple and noise) specs are usually specified assuming a 20MHz BW. That said, the P/Ss and VRMs should have switch frequencies of under 1MHz (P/Ss using transistors as switching devices are probably <50KHz), so 10MHz BW is easily sufficient for detecting switch frequency ripple or oscillation due to elevated ESR. Fluke has some nice 60MHz handheld scopes (190 series) for under $2,000USD.
