No power on Lenovo E 135 Notebook

My Notebook 3v,5v and switching voltage is OK but its cannot power up
I can flash bios but I have no bios file and schematics Please any one help

So apart from a few voltages what have you tried?
Are you using an original adapter and has it been tested.

I tried its original charger but I can't found schematic & bios dump Its Always voltage Ok. 3.3v on switching, bios have Pin 1 = 0.22, 2= 3.38, 3= 3.38, 4= none, 5= 0.16, 6= 1.64 , 7= 3.3, 8= 3.3

It have Two bios one is near the IO controllar (MX25L800) Others is Near the Crystal Osilator (Winbound 25Q32Bv) For power problem which bios I can Flash
