No power up is the problem with my laptop have 3.3 to power button , pressing drop to 0 and back 3.3 but no start up

got the same issue with this model.. and i tried the posted bios file but it still the same...

anyone could share a dump? i attached my backup..

thanks for the file.. but it didn't solve the problem... i tried changing the RT8206B but with same result... it still won't power up... power switch voltage is 3.3vdc, bios chip got voltages also..

1st of all let us know if 3.3VALW and 5VALW is present or not.
