Toshiba 42SL863 TV doing nothing

Hi, my TV does not start. There is no standby LED light.
The power supply board is PA-3201-01TS-LF and the Main board is PE0982 V28A001292A1. I have measured voltages of 3.2VDC and 5VDC on the connectors to the main board but no 12V or 24V on the connector to the LED Driver Board. Has anyone a idea what could be wrong?
