Samsung Syncmaster 740n nothing on screen

Dear friends,

I have a Samsung Sync master 740n that showed the led but nothing screen.

During the troubleshooting I found out that three capacitors of 820mf 25v and one 3A pico fuse were bad.

All the bad parts are been replaced but still the same, only the led light on.

Please what next should I do?

Check the BL_ON signal from the signal card to the power supply / inverter.
Check the replacement fuse - it may have blown for the same reason the original one blew.
