sony vaio pcg-41213w shut down

i have a sony vaio pcg-41213w with core i5 ddr3 and radeon graphic.when i turn it on works ok but when going to windows after 20 seconds it tyrns off. i check with other hdd change also ram but same thing happen any ideas.....need urgent help

it seems like a thermal issue, clean cooling unit and change thermal compound.

before reflow, make sure it is not a thermal issue.

sometime last week, i have the same issue. its a thermal issue. fan spins the way it should.
video display is garbled and bottom of laptop overheats. you wont believe after reflow, laptop temp went normal. ???? does gpu connection integrity makes the gpu produce a lot of heat?

i make sure already that is not a thermal problem.fan runs ok and heat also flows normally but its a new mobo so how come is a gpu fault.but i will try to reflow gpu.....

Hello Friends I bought second hand Sony Vaio PCG-41213W yesterday, It worked well doesn't showed any error or activity for 4-5 hours. But today when I turned it on,it doesn't start, after the windows logo, all lights and display turned off, but processor fan continue running, only stops after removing battery. when I turn it on it runs for 30 seconds, first keyboard's light turns to dim and off, then it produces a sound of spark(short) then all lights goes off and fan still running, please suggest me solution,, thanks
