Thatkind of laptop and it has very faint image on bios almost nothing with the flashlight..i allready change the screen(led) and still no joy..could it be the famous nvidia/ati gpu?and i did proper reflow with goodknown flux but still the same.

this model has CPU Athlon Neo that is soldered to the board so !
I don`t even have to tell that this could lead to many problems

Yep,you are 100%right,just wanna know if somebody has the solution,but maybe gonna order new mobo.

assuming you don`t have a bga station, you need to order another board.
if someone got a bga they usually do the work.
