My Step machine just broke down, is it garbage now or might it work if I replace the two big caps on the powersupply?

All of the electrolytic capacitors look like top-quality Japanese units.
Sometimes snap-in electrolytic capacitors appear to be bulging, but it is often the plastic cap covering the vent becoming warped - if you carefully remove it, you can see if the vent on the snap-in capacitors are bulging.My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics. -

Is the little C13 capacitor bulging (or is only the photo)? If the unit is completely dead, I would have checked the fuse (250V T3,15Ah) first.------------
