Intel D875XBX no voltage in Vcore ?

Guys,

I tried to check the voltage in Vcore on Intel D875XBX and I got 0V on every FETs...
Is my buck controller faulty ? ADP3581
I got only 12V on some FETs on top of the CPU...

Any clues ?

I reckon I got trouble with this chip...
I can not see any PWM pulse at the scope on the gate driver...
