full model like g72-xxxx and is this only eprom on board?

i doubt that hm55 based board will have 1mb bios

find other eprom and read and post here

on hp support there are 3 biosfor this model

1. 1mb size 1484F37.zip
2. 2mb size 21484F37.zip
3. 4mb+512k 1425F37.zip

all there but you should use first 1484F37.zip

if that does not work, its not bios problem
