Bad caps MSI 915P Neo2 Plat.

I need to know if anyone else has come across a MSI 915P neo2 plat V 1.0A with bad Nichicon HM caps. I think this board is between 2-3 years old.

nichicon hm and hn caps are failure prone.

I know they were a problem about 5 years ago. Maybe there are some old stock of those things still floating around or do some of the more recent manufactured ones still have the same problem?
