        It may very very slightly increase the ESR, but the difference will probably not be anywhere near enough to bring it up to what the PSU is designed for.
        I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

        No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards
