LA-A996P shorted 3.3v coil

hi i m working with this hp 15
Come with black screen and some time blinking the led near jack audio.

Flashed bios first
Replaced cpu EM2100... with new

After i checked (that need the first troubleshoot) missing 3.3-5v from coils , but this voltage come after power on laptop, is stable3.3-5v.
the coil of 3,3v is shorted with gnd , removed it apply power on shorted side with psu and find Realtek 8166EH too hot removed it and short is gone.

??????????????But the same no display ???????????????????????????????????????

ENE chip have 3,3v on some pins BUT i don't have schematic .

ANY SUGGESTION BEFORE CLOSING IT. (REPLACE ENE OR NO)

ene 9012 need usb programmer.... before replace that, check if all voltages are present.

Thanks for reply ,i have 2 eprom (ezp2010 & minipro) but i never programmed this ene.

sometime blink continuously.sometime not blink.

well got exact same board , no video , got a overaLL AMP consume of 0.33 amp ,
cheked all coils , all coils on s0 have correct voltage , nothing seems bad , flashed bios , same issue , flashed EC SIO same issue , noticed that lcdvdd is not present , and it come from UG1 , pin3 enable come from APU , so bit thinking if i replaced APU , and after if might not work !!! GRRR , all DP_ENVDD AND +DP_ENVDD BOTH ARE 0 without it , there will be no enable therefore no lcdvdd ..

Got the same problem the if i connect hdd it shows activity on the led but no display. Anyone got a solution
