    Msi k7t266 pro2-a

I pulled this out of a system i was working on. This board has 15 G-Luxon
1000 uf 6.3 volt caps 14 of which are bad. The rest of the caps on this board are larger uf Rubycons that seem fine. My question is, do I need to change all
caps or just the bad ones?

You can leave the rubycons in there (they are the most reliable brand of electrolytic in the world), but replace the others.
I love putting bad caps and flat batteries in fire and watching them explode!!

No wonder it doesn't work! You installed the jumper wires backwards

Yeah I don't know if Ratdude read your post right. G-Luxon is crap but the Rubycon can stay.

i said all bad BRAND caps. g-luxon is a bad brand. rubycon is not. i should have said "REPLACE all bad brand caps."

i read it right, but i poorly worded it. oops, m bad there
