LP 60PK540 Plasma has audio, but no video.

My 60" plasma is only 1.5 year old and one night, while watching a movie, its video suddenly disappeared. The audio is still there. There is nothing flicking at all while powering on/off. Over a period of a month I have purchased and replaced Y Sus, Z sus, and also the control boards from a reputable vendor. The situation with the TV remains the same. I have measured the outputs of the power board to Y and Z sus' and the voltages are as stated on the boards. All the fuses seem OK, too. I have disconnect either up and bottom buffers connected to the Y sus, and did not see any change to the video. Are there any further test that I can do to explore the situation? Thanks in advance.

By the way, while connecting the buffers, I damaged one of the two connectors between Y sus and buffers boards. Any kind soul knows the part number of this fragile looking 20-pin connector? Thanks again.

Perhaps it's best to ask a mod to move this to the TV forum -- this section deals more with computer monitors.

Regarding your problem, can we have some pictures of the TV's chassis (parts layout) and one of each major board?

    I've got an alignments guide:

I've got a block diagram for the 60PK750 (it uses a 60R1 panel like the 60PK540 so it should be more or less the same) which has some checks:

    including some meter test points.
Please do not PM me with questions! Questions via PM will not be answered. Post on the forums instead!
