viewsonic VG700b image flickering a bit

I opened it to find 2 bad 56uF 25V nkcon capacitors on the High Voltage board. I replaced them with 100uF 25V Rubycon YXF.

Then I opened the power supply of the TFT, which is external. The psu is Delta Electronics, very well built. All the caps are Ltec, including the main cap, that looks slightly bulging. It is a 400V 120uF Ltec capacitor. The esr meter showed 114uF 0.50 esr, a bit on the high side.

The other caps on the video signal board are mostly Teapo and 1 Rubycon YXG. All of them were found ok.

It's not easy to find replacement capacitor for the main cap. I wonder how much that cap's high esr could affect the image of the monitor.

I would replace that large cap, if I can see the dome, I would replace it, I rather expect it to read higher uF than lower uF even though it is still within 20%.
I have one with flickering backlights, the main cap has very slight domed, it still have 65uF (68uF Cap), ESR is about 1 Ohm.

As one member, Toasty, noted slightly bulging is like be slightly pregnant.
