i think you should have post your problem in the TV section, this is the computer display section.
anyway, this looks like a bad caps problem. but we cant help you with such less details you are giving.
Remember to give a clear description of the symptoms and take good clear pictures of the front and back of the Power Board and the Main Board. Also make sure they are posted with the attachments section for this site and are of less than 2000 X 2000 pixels.
