      You can try to narrow it down to specific area of board by heating sections at a time. I suspect maybe 3.3v regulator, ceramic cap or transistor bad
      I assume no responsibility for any stupid suggestions I might post.

        From my experience...When a section of board is heated up and set starts to work.....it is some e-cap bad....

          This board is pretty lacking in Electrolytics

            +1...Sure right.....Made my comment without looking at the Bd. Perhaps then a solder connection expanding and reconnecting temporarily then contracting on cooling??......Hardly be a semi-conductor or resistor/
