Starnet SH-9008P Ethernet Switch bad S.I. caps

Some time ago, I bought an 8-port Starnet SH-9008P Fast Ethernet Switch.
Upon opening, two bulging (one leaking) 1000uF 10V S.I. electrolytics were found.
Replacing these units restored the +3.3V output on the DC-DC converter and was well within tolerance.
Testing with two network devices connected revealed no problems .

My first choice in quality Japanese electrolytics is Nippon Chemi-Con, which has been in business since 1931... the quality of electronics is dependent on the quality of the electrolytics.
