Soon I will start one research about finding and comparing the specifications of those called as serious portable scopes.
They usually come with isolated BNC inputs and even their weight and dimensions is not what you will easily describe as friendly handheld device.
Low end solutions from Siglent or OWON are completely out of this research.
What I need as help in my research is to share your opinion which jumps out of your experiences with such scope meters.
What features on them you consider as most important?
Key points that possibly measure up to you could be the touch screen?
Or the easy to use Trend charts software?
Or even just the high bandwidth?
Or the battery life duration?
Generally speaking if you have positive or negative experiences with them, I would love to read them and talk about them.
