kenwood tm-742a tx lockup due to one bad cap

the only sm lytic in the rig and its bad.its c54.i had replaced with a tantalum before taking the pic.
rig would power on and get hot.
it was coming on in tx with no mic attached.
had burned out display lights so i replaced with white led's.
